Job Summary
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a professional and experienced Spa Therapist for a luxury boutique hotel located in Ballito. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a serene and sophisticated property that prides itself on delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Requirements:
-
Recognised spa/beauty therapy qualification (e.g. CIDESCO, ITEC, SAAHSP)
-
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
-
Proficiency in a wide range of treatments (massages, facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, etc.)
-
Strong communication and customer service skills
-
Well-groomed, professional, and personable
-
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Responsibilities:
-
Provide high-quality spa treatments in line with the propertys standards
-
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the spa area
-
Recommend treatments and products suited to guest needs
-
Assist in retail sales and ensure stock levels are maintained
-
Uphold the luxury standards of the spa and ensure a relaxing environment for all guests
