Bedfordview: Sales Representative

To grow, retain, and manage accounts profitably through cross-selling and upselling of products while ensuring a low-effort, high-quality customer experience. The role focuses on developing relationships with local brokers, depots, and customers to maximise sales and market visibility. Qualifications and Minimum Requirements Grade 12 certificate Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably with FMCG or retail background, including cold calling Strong negotiation and selling skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant CRM software Key Performance Areas Identify and develop new business opportunities while growing existing accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, depots, and local customers Implement and manage local and national deals, ensuring pricing accuracy and customer satisfaction Attend industry and customer events to promote the company network Maintain accurate records of deal files and account activities Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling products at local fitment centres Provide market intelligence and feedback to managers to inform strategic decisions
