Were seeking an experienced, creative, and results driven Marketing & Events Manager to lead our efforts in attracting new business, increasing brand awareness, and creating unforgettable events that showcase our resort. ABOUT THE ROLE As our Marketing & Events Manager, youll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance our resorts reputation as a top destination for leisure, corporate, and group events. Youll also plan and coordinate events that engage guests, strengthen client relationships, and generate new opportunities for the resort. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract new guests, corporate clients, and event bookings. Build and manage relationships with local businesses, travel partners, and event organizers. Plan; promote, and execute on-site events, from weddings and conferences to community festivals and special experiences. Manage the resorts digital presence – including social media, email marketing, website content, and advertising campaigns. Analyze market trends, track campaign performance, and report on ROI and key metrics. Collaborate with the sales, hospitality and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery and guest satisfaction. Represent the resort at trade shows, networking events, and tourism promotions. ABOUT YOU Proven experience in marketing, event management, or business development (hospitality or tourism industry preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and RM systems. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets. A self-starter with a positive attitude and hands-on approach.
