About the Role
Hire Resolve’s Client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team in Johannesburg. This role is essential for improving operational efficiency and driving positive change across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse current operational processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data and insights
- Prepare reports and presentations for management to support decision-making
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for process improvements
- Assist in project management and ensure projects are completed on time
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote best practices across teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy
- Project management experience is a plus
