PRODUCTION MANAGER (TABLE GRAPES)
Piketberg

Our client is an internationally recognised grower, packer and exporter of citrus and grapes. The various farms and packhouses are situated across the Western Cape.

The company has a vacancy for a Production Manager (Table Grapes) outside Piketberg. The position will report to the Farm Manager and is available immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Production: Knowledge and experience of modern management and viticulture practices.
• Personnel and administration: Labour planning and management
• Financial: Cost control by focusing on productivity, Budget management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification
• Ten years experience in table grape production and management practices
• Knowledge of sound production practices
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Good administrative and communication skills
• Drivers license
