Job Summary
VACANCY: CLIENT LIAISON OFFICER
Purpose of the Role:
We are seeking a professional and dedicated Client Liaison Officer to serve as the primary point of contact between our company and our valued clients. In this role, you will ensure smooth communication, address client inquiries, coordinate service delivery, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure overall satisfaction.

- Act as the main contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate service delivery to meet client expectations and company standards.
- Maintain positive and long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 Certificate.
Experience:
- 35 years of proven experience in client-facing roles within the construction sector/industry.
Skills and Competencies:
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Communication: Fluent in English (speak, read, and write) with excellent verbal communication skills to present information clearly and professionally.
- Professionalism: Presentable appearance and professional demeanour.
- Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset with the ability to resolve client needs efficiently.
- Pressure Handling: Capable of working under pressure and managing conflicting priorities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Client Focus: Positive, client-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Requirements:
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid RSA drivers license.
- Clean criminal record.
Additional Information:
Salary:
R30,000 R32,000 (negotiable based on experience).- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07h30 16h00.
- Open to male and female candidates.
