Responsibilities:
Manage incoming phone calls and walk-in clients.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, advising on machinery selection, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.Process incoming and outgoing machine rentals efficiently.Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and equipment availability.Open new client accounts and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.Maintain regular communication with clients to facilitate.
