Large Conference Centre & Hotel based in Benoni is looking for a Financial Manager to lead the financial management function providing corporate governance, guidance and sound business advice to ensure effective asset protection, revenue management and cash flow optimization. Duties: Monitor cash flow efficiency Manage credit facilities Review supplier payments Monitor payroll transactions Create financial forecasts Track departmental expenditure Process monthly statements Oversee stock management Drive revenue optimization Ensure budget compliance Operations Oversight: Implement financial controls Monitor system backups Review revenue reports Manage leave schedules Maintain HR records Conduct staff evaluations Ensure policy compliance Support audit requirements Drive process improvement Lead risk management Team Leadership: Lead finance team Drive staff development Monitor performance Ensure service excellence Maintain standards Foster team culture Implement training Support succession planning Manage work schedules Guide operational teams Requirements: B. Com Accounting degree would be an added advantage At least 3 years plus experience within the hospitality industry in 3- & 4-star property, at senior management level in a similar position. Must be standards orientated. Good knowledge of hotel / lodge and / or resort experience. High level of customer service, leadership skills, high level of numeracy skills, disciplined, organized, attention to detail, deadline driven, and cost control skills essential. Excellent Communication Skills in English will be advantage. High degree of self-motivation and ambition.
