Requirements:

Matric Secretarial Diploma Minimum 5 years experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives. Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Personality Traits: Proactive, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and take initiative. Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Discreet and professional, particularly in handling confidential matters. Duties and responsibilities: Maintaining a filing method. Fleet management. Act as the primary point of contact between the Directors and internal/external stakeholders. Manage and maintain complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Organise and prepare documents, presentations, and reports for meetings. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. Assist with project management tasks and follow up on action items. Support office administration functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
