Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Delivery Coordinator, based in the City of Johannesburg. The Service Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing service delivery processes, analyzing service performance, and continuously improving service quality. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with different teams, managing customer service and support inquiries, as well as ensuring effective communication between clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service skills
Analytical skills and ability to analyze service performance
Oversee on-boarding of new clients or services.
Manage service transitions, upgrades, and process changes effectively.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting
Experience in the telecommunications or ISP industry is a plus
