About the Role
We are seeking an Administration Clerk to join our Eastern Cape Operations branch, providing comprehensive administrative, reception, and customer service support to ensure the smooth functioning of the branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally manage incoming calls and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-office experience.
- Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems, manage correspondence, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Administer petty cash and reconcile transactions.
- Assist with debtor follow-ups and customer account queries.
- Support month-end invoicing processes and related documentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, head office, and internal teams to resolve queries promptly and maintain service excellence.
- Perform WCD verification and checks, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Assist with SAP-related tasks and data entry to support operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience advantageous.
