About the Role

The VKB Group is an agricultural company that provides support to farmers and produces straight-from-the-farm-foods for consumers. We are seeking a talented Branch Marketer (Animal Health) to join our team in Bethlehem, South Africa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our organisation’s merchandise according to agreed targets, effectively marketing stock to customers, managing stock control to ensure constant availability of stock to clients, and maintaining & building on animal Medicine sales and customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell organisation’s merchandise according to agreed targets
• Market stock to customers
• Manage stock control to ensure constant availability of stock to clients
• Advise clients in terms of animal health products, additives, and best practices
• Perform other ad-hoc job-related duties

Requirements

• Grade 12 or NQF 4
• Previous experience in agriculture (previous experience will be given preference)
• Proven knowledge of animal health products / Medicine and additives
• At least 2 years’ experience working with animal health products
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Orientation towards marketing and client service

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent (if not NQF 4)
