• National Senior Certificate or equivalent NQF 4. 
• 2-3 years experience in customs clearance, border control, or logistics administration. 
• Strong knowledge of customs systems and import/ export documentation and border control. 

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare, review, and submit import/ export documentation in accordance with customs requirements. 
• Ensure all clearance paperwork is completed promptly to prevent delays. 
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs laws, tariffs, and international trade agreements. 
• Liase with customs officials, freight forwarders, and regulatory agencies to resolve queries. 
• Support Audit and inspection processes when required. 
• Provide accurate updates on clearance status and regulatory requirements.
