Job Summary
My client, a well-established legal practice, is seeking a suitably experienced and professional individual to join their team in the role of Civil Litigation Paralegal / Secretary / Personal Assistant.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will support a senior associate and will be responsible for:

Assisting with all aspects of civil litigation in various divisions of the High Court
-
Working semi-autonomously on multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
-
Maintaining a diary system and ensuring strict adherence to deadlines
Minimum
Requirements:
-
Matric / Grade 12
-
At least six (6) years experience in civil litigation (excluding debt recovery), specifically in the High Court
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-
Valid drivers license
Remuneration: R20 000 R25 000 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications

Experience with Ghost Practice

Relevant legal qualifications and/or formal training
