Minimum
Requirements:
Grade 12 compulsory Completed / studying towards a bookkeeping qualification will be an advantage Minimum 3 years in a similar role Computer literate: MS Excel; Pastel and / or SAP Duties and responsibilities: Process high volumes of work efficiently and accurately Perform strong reconciliations with extreme attention to detail Ensure adherence to deadlines and manage a high-stress environment Liaise professionally with internal and external clients Follow up on outstanding invoices, PODs, and credit notes Lead a team of 11 with strong problem-solving skills and leadership abilities Quickly learn and adapt to an in-house system, leveraging strong Excel skills and experience with Pastel or SAP Skills required: Ability to manage a strong-willed team Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Deadline-driven with strong problem-solving abilities Professional and positive attitude with a mature disposition Team player with strong understanding of stock and stock movements If you are a quick learner with a strong accounting background and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, we encourage you to apply Remuneration: R15 000 – R18 000 per month Working hours: Monday to Friday IMPORTANT: Applications close 30 June 2024 If you did not receive feedback within 14 days, you application is unsuccessful Only applications submitted via the Ditto Jobs platform will be considered Only candidates who meet all our client`s minimum requirements will be contacted
