About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Food Safety Officer – Grain to join our team in Bloemfontein. As a key member of our quality control department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality in our grain milling industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits
- Train staff on food safety procedures
- Maintain system documentation
- Identify and address internal issues and customer complaints
Requirements
- Qualification in Food Technology/Food Science
- Experience in internal audit requirements
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- 3 years of experience in FMCG environment focused on food safety
- Knowledge of grain milling industry
