About the Role
Kethelo Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving/Dispatch Clerk to join our team in Bloemfontein. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and dispatch of goods, as well as maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive all incoming stock deliveries and ensure goods are handled correctly upon arrival.
- Inspect deliveries for accuracy, quality, and condition in accordance with purchase orders and company standards.
- Verify stock received against delivery notes and invoices, ensuring correct quantities and descriptions.
- Reconcile invoices against purchase orders, confirming quantities, values, and expected delivery dates.
- Accurately capture and process all receiving documentation in a timely manner.
- Create and attach labels to stock items in line with purchase order and warehouse requirements.
- Assist with stock-related tasks as required by management, including stock movement and storage.
- Maintain accurate records of returned, damaged, or rejected stock.
- Liaise with the Receiving Manager regarding discrepancies, damages, or returns.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- No specific qualifications required. A Matric certificate is an added advantage.
