Job Description

About the Role

Kethelo Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving/Dispatch Clerk to join our team in Bloemfontein. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and dispatch of goods, as well as maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Receive all incoming stock deliveries and ensure goods are handled correctly upon arrival.
Inspect deliveries for accuracy, quality, and condition in accordance with purchase orders and company standards.
Verify stock received against delivery notes and invoices, ensuring correct quantities and descriptions.
Reconcile invoices against purchase orders, confirming quantities, values, and expected delivery dates.
Accurately capture and process all receiving documentation in a timely manner.
Create and attach labels to stock items in line with purchase order and warehouse requirements.
Assist with stock-related tasks as required by management, including stock movement and storage.
Maintain accurate records of returned, damaged, or rejected stock.
Liaise with the Receiving Manager regarding discrepancies, damages, or returns.

Requirements

Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

No specific qualifications required. A Matric certificate is an added advantage.
