About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Lead to join our Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) team in Bloemfontein. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will have direct influence over financial strategy, performance, and governance across multiple operations in a high-growth region. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete regional finance function across multiple manufacturing and dealership sites
- Oversee and guide Finance Managers across the region
- Drive strong financial performance, governance frameworks, compliance, and risk management
- Deliver accurate, timeous reporting and meaningful commercial insights
- Partner closely with the Regional Executive team to enhance operational efficiency and profitability
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership teams
- Ensure adherence to OEM standards, controls, and reporting structures

- Automotive or OEM/manufacturing industry experience is essential
