Job Title: Veterinary Receptionist Location: Blouberg\ Table View Area Responsibilities: – Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner – Answer phone calls and emails, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries – Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records – Collect and process payments for services provided – Coordinate communication between veterinary staff and clients – Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and organized – Assist with handling and restraining animals, as needed – Adhere to all veterinary practice policies and procedures – Maintain confidentiality of client and patient information Requirements: – Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field preferred – Excellent customer service and communication skills – Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment – Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – Comfortable working with animals of all sizes and temperaments – Proficient in using computer systems and software – Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities – Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team Education: Matric We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team and help provide top-quality care for our clients and their pets.
