Are you accurate, detail-driven, and experienced in pallet administration? Our client is seeking an organised Admin/Data Capturing Clerk to join their Pallet department and support smooth operational flow across inbound and outbound pallet activities. This is a 3 month fixed term contract.What Youll Do:You will play a key role in: Capturing pallet movements and transactions using the CHEP online system Ensuring physical pallet stock matches system records Managing pallet slips, PODs, reconciliations & audit documentation Generating and analysing reports timeously Coordinating pallet collections and returns with customers Supporting monthly pallet counts and recovering outstanding pallets What Were Looking For* Matric / Grade 12 with Mathematics (Essential)* 13 years admin or data capturing experience* Experience working with CHEP pallets / pooling systems (Essential)* Warehouse/logistics environment exposure (Advantageous)* Strong Excel skills & accurate data processing ability* Excellent communication, problem-solving & customer service ability* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently Key Strengths for Success High attention to detail Accountability & accuracy Analytical mindset Filing & record-keeping excellence Conflict resolution & query handling Apply today: Send your CV with the heading DATA CAPTURE CLERK.
