Job Summary
File all Master Copies – All TSP FormsFile Quotes, work orders, store orders, purchase orders, stock adjustment, computer pockets, and all correspondence.Take out daily orders and file them again laterTake out previous W/O and file againMake copies of anything when requestedCount production board cards, PO`s and WO`s dailyReplace – update graphs Responsible for the printing paper (Make sure everyone has enough paper) & fill up printers every dayWhen job complete remove production card from production board, attach to job card Copying of Production outstanding order report and distributing to relevant supervisors/ sectionsShredding paperLaminatingAttach customer orders to S/O or W/O`sPut all old documents in boxes and move it to the archive office Make new files Attend regular training programsRead Quality and Procedures manuals and know the systemsAny other instructions relevant to current responsibilities.
