Job Summary
Do you have a passion for creating exceptional food and a talent for leading a high-performing team?We`re seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Chef/Kitchen Manager to join our team and take our culinary offerings to the next level. In this leadership role, you`ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, from menu development and portion control to staff training and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and hygiene.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative menus that showcase your culinary expertise.Manage food costs through effective portion control and stock control practices.Recruit, train, and motivate a team of kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations.Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver a seamless dining experience for our guests.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or similar leadership role.Proven track record of success in menu development, portion control, and cost management.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.We Offer:Competitive salary (negotiable)Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
