Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls related to sales documentation.
- Support branches with quote requests, order follow-ups, and sales record maintenance.
- Data capturing and ensuring accuracy in sales reporting tools.
- Escalate complex issues to the Manager.
Profile:
- 12 years customer service/sales support experience (call centre background preferred).
- Strong communication and admin skills.
- Comfortable using CRM and internal sales tools.
- Willing to work flexibly and grow into more senior roles.
