Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach.
- Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with customer interactions and sales progress.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Assist with customer inquiries and follow-ups to ensure excellent client service.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
- Attend sales meetings, product training sessions, and networking events.
- Participate in technical product demonstrations (if applicable).
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Matric Essential
- A recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a drive and passion for sales, business development, and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical skills or experience in a technical sales environment will be advantageous.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
