Join Our Dynamic Team as a Sales ManagerAre you an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the automotive cabling sector and extensive exposure to the smelters, foundries, and mining industries? If so, we want you on our team!About the RoleWe are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales portfolio in these specialized sectors. The ideal candidate will have in-depth industry knowledge, strong relationships, and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives that deliver exceptional results.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the automotive cabling, smelters, foundries, and mining sectors.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders.Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies effectively.Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in the automotive cabling sector and exposure to smelters, foundries, and mining industries.Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).Skills:Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target
