- Conduct SHE inspections and first aid box checks.
- Organise and maintain electronic records on SharePoint.
- Manage supplier and customer safety files, including audits.
- Coordinate building repairs and maintenance with suppliers.
- Schedule employee training and annual medicals.
- Handle general administration tasks.
- Share weekly safety updates and maintain SHEQ notice boards.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with SHEQ processes or willingness to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint (or the ability to adapt to electronic systems swiftly).
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
