We are currently seeking a Shop Fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the installation and fitting out of retail and commercial spaces. They are responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining fixtures, fittings, and displays according to project specifications and client requirements. Many of our projects run through nights and weekends, so a flexible schedule is required. Valid drivers license & own reliable transportation, computer literate, own cell phone, carpentry qualification at a vocational school or carpentry apprenticeship will be an advantage, previous experience in shop fitting, carpentry, or a related field, proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints, strong carpentry and joinery skills, including the use of hand and power tools, knowledge of building materials, hardware components, and installation techniques, comply with all company and governmental safety guidelines.
