What youll be doing

• Planning and allocating transport jobs to subcontractors

• Managing daily delivery schedules and timelines

• Monitoring subcontractor performance and compliance

• Handling delivery issues and resolving problems fast

• Communicating with customers about delivery updates

• Managing transport documentation and PODs

• Supporting cost control and efficiency

What youll need

• Diploma or Degree in Transport or Supply Chain

• 25 years experience in logistics or transport control

• Strong understanding of subcontracted fleets

• RTMS or transport system experience

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
