Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team in Brackenfell. The ideal candidate will act as the liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory service experience. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and accurately document vehicle issues and service requests. Service Coordination: Schedule service appointments, coordinate with technicians, and ensure timely completion of work. Communication: Provide customers with updates on service progress, explain technical details in an understandable manner, and advise on necessary repairs and maintenance. Documentation: Prepare and manage service orders, invoices, and warranty documentation accurately. Quality Assurance: Ensure all services are performed to the highest standards and customer expectations are met or exceeded. Minimum Requirements: Education: Matric / Grade 12 Certificate. Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership environment. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g., Evolve, Kerridge), and a good understanding of vehicle mechanics. Licenses: Valid driver’s license. Preferred Attributes: Customer Service: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
