Requirements
- 8 -10 Years’ experience selling Construction Equipment (compaction machines) in Southern African countries.
- Areas will be South Africa, Lesotho, Swaziland, Mozambique, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Zambia, and Angola.
- Must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
- This job demands extensive traveling and hands-on experience.
Duties
- The goal is to achieve area sales targets, profit margins, customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet customers expectations.
- Able to take decisions to resolve day to day issues related to sales and after sales.
- Ensure prompt and responsible communication with the factory and customers.
- Improve sales infrastructure to improve market share.

- Feedback to product marketing teams
- Sales forecasting and reporting
- Commercial competitive intel input
- Support after sales and parts marketing
