We are in need of a strong SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE who is able to multi-task within this VERY BUSY team and take on production duties for hot and cold production for this all-day dining restaurant. REQUIREEMENTS: Recognised Cheffing Qualification Minimum 3 year experience within 5* restaurant or hotel operations.
