Job Summary

ð Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 with RE 5 Examination successfully completed. NQF Level 4 Short-Term Insurance qualification. DOFA confirmation from FSCA. 810 years experience in short-term insurance (commercial, personal, and agriculture). Computer literacy: MS Outlook, Excel, and Word. Excellent communication skills in English at least one other official SA language. Own transport and valid drivers license. Must reside in, or be familiar with, the area. ð Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact, liaising directly with clients. Prepare accurate and timely quotations for new and existing clients. Handle new policies, renewals, and endorsements efficiently. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Maintain meticulous recordkeeping and ensure data accuracy. Provide seamless administrative support to the Adviser. ð¡ Competencies: Strong administration, organisation, and planning skills. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. Reliable, adaptable, and resilient under pressure. Works well independently and within a team. Solid product knowledge with a strong client-service orientation, especially when engaging with farmers .
