Job Summary
Site Foreman/Handyman – Residential Construction – HANDS ONThe Site Foreman will oversee daily operations on residential construction sites, ensuring efficient and safe project execution. Project Supervision: Oversee all on-site activities, including construction and adherence to safety protocols.Team Management: Lead and supervise workers, subcontractors, and staff, assigning tasks and ensuring timely execution.Quality Control: Ensure work meets specifications, building codes, and quality standards.Scheduling: Coordinate project timelines and adjust plans as needed.Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and adhere to occupational health and safety regulations.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role in residential construction.Trade Skills: Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general building practices.Leadership: Strong ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.Communication: Effective verbal and written skills.Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making to resolve challenges.Certifications: Site Safety Certification or relevant trade qualifications preferred.License: Valid drivers license required.
