Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
- Manage all finance and insurance documentation and processes.
- Advise customers on finance and insurance options.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements (FAIS, FICA, NCA).
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and insurers.
- Monitor and report on sales and financial progress.
- Perform any other duties necessary for customer service or assigned to the job.
Minimum
Requirements:
- Grade 12, RE5, NCA, and Class of Business certifications
- NQF 4 Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification or in progress (preferred)
- Strong administrative and problem-solving skills
- Computer Literacy
- Proficiency in MS Office and Evolve
- Strong communication and negotiation Skill set
- Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies and procedures
- Drivers License
