Job Summary

MCM Total Construction and Engineering Management is Urgently looking for a qualified and experienced Receptionist/Office AdministratorREQUIREMENTS & MINIMUM EDUCATION: Grade 12 certificate or equivalent Level 4 qualification issued by SAQA Office Administration or Secretarial Diploma or equivalent Bookkeeping Computer Literate MSOffice: Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint Excellent computer skills Fluent in English Clear on ITC/No Criminal Record DUTIES: Receives all telephone enquiries and direct calls Receiving of visitors and clients Open new files at the beginning of each year for clients, if necessary Acknowledgement of & filing receipts Customer Invoices Daily filing of all invoices Ensure that the stationery and grocery stock levels are enough Generate and issue purchase orders daily Assist with general & electronic filing and scanning of documents Assist in compiling tender documentation Additional duties as requested by Management from time to timePlease email your CV along with qualifications to MCM Total Construction and Engineering Management
