About the Role

Leading Inbound Destination Management Company based in Bryanston is currently looking for an experienced Group Series Tour Consultant to create seamless, high-impact group adventures that will leave travellers raving. We are seeking a dynamic, driven and enthusiastic groups consultant to plan, coordinate and deliver pre-packaged and tailor-made group series tours for international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Reservations of all services requested by clients
Respond to written requests and provide written confirmations
Loading reservations on Tourplan
Ensure confirmation of services with suppliers
Arrange Meet and Greets as required
Documentation Management of all Reservations: Compile travel packs for clients, Vouchers, Rooming lists, Filing
Ensure that clients invoiced for all services and invoices provided to clients timeously
Manage payments and Account queries
Book tour guides services as required
Client Care: Maintain contact with client during period of travel, Maintain contact with tour guides throughout tour, Manage client complaints and emergencies
Maintain contact with agents
Ensure client expectations are met and the highest delivery of service is driven through the business
Ensure that clients are offered the best available price and product

Requirements

Matric / Grade 12
At least 3 – 5 years work experience dealing with group series within the tourism industry
Travel & Tourism qualification would be preferable
Tourplan knowledge and execution would be preferable
Excellent South African and Regional geographic knowledge
Attention to detail is essential
