Candidate
Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years’ experience managing a call centre and reservations department for multiple properties
- Have a good command of the English language, with excellent writing skills
- Must have great interpersonal skills and must be a team player
- Be able to manage a team well
- A self-starter that is dynamic and flexible
- Must have excellent Problem-Solving skills
- Be a professional and presentable individual
- Have relevant computer skills – Microsoft Office, especially with good Excel Skills, eRES / Nebula, Opera & Apex
- Previous experience working on a Central Reservations System as well as PMS systems essential
- Excellent administration and reporting skills needed
- Valid RSA ID essential
