Job Summary
Responsibilities:
* Schedule Routine Maintenance: Coordinate & schedule regular maintenance for our clients server room equipment.* Manage Annual Renewals: Oversee annual maintenance contract renewals.* Customer Communication: Work directly with clients to understand their needs, provide timely updates & ensure maintenance schedules align with their operational hours.* Monitor Equipment Health: Track equipment performance, identify potential issues & schedule necessary repairs.* Reporting: Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, renewals & equipment status for each client.* Ensure that all maintenance records are kept up-to-date & accurate.Qualifications:* Experience in service scheduling including liaising with the customer, scheduling service teams, following up on any repairs that may be required* Strong organizational, scheduling & time management skills.* Excellent verbal & written communication skills to effectively liaise with customers & vendors.* Proficient in MS Office Suite specifically Excel* At least 2 years of experience in scheduling and quoting.* Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills* Work well under pressure.
