REQUIREMENTS: An applicable Degree /National Higher Diploma in metalliferous mining engineering Mine Managers` Certificate of competency. 10 Years hard rock mining experience of which 5 years should be at senior management level. Applicable financial knowledge. The ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels in the organisation , and experience in managing large numbers of employees. Knowledge and experience in employee relations matters and strong people skills.
