Job Summary

Description:
Hire Resolve`s Client is currently looking for a Resident Engineer (2.13.1) to join their mining company based in Limpopo.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all engineering activities to ensure the efficient operation of the Business Area.
  • Guaranteeing that equipment is maintained according to established standards.
  • Ensuring the establishment and compliance with operating and maintenance procedures.
  • Enhancing functional practices to contribute to the performance of the operational area.
  • Driving the achievement of operational goals and targets by focusing on function optimization with cross-functional support.
  • Developing and implementing a planned maintenance strategy.
  • Assisting operational teams in using and maintaining mechanized and automated machinery fleets.
  • Planning and executing projects within the designated area of responsibility.
  • Overseeing the upkeep of both on-site and off-site infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • GCC Mines & Works
  • 5 years` experience as an Engineer post GCC.
  • Extensive experience in overseeing and maintaining infrastructure and utilities to support seamless operations and functionality.
  • Experience in TMM Workshop Management
  • Valid Driver`s License
