Job Description
- Logistics planning
- Capacity forecasting
- Meet customer service delivery targets and KPIs
- Manage customer expectations
- Damage investigation and root cause analysis
- Collection and delivery scheduling
- Updating and maintenance of the Vehicle Tracking System, including tracking of vehicles
- Manage monthly billing of customers
- Understand and maintain the Company’s SOPs
- Reporting on the Company’s performance in daily / monthly meetings
- Understand and maintain customer SOPs and SLAs
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor of Commerce in Logistics, Economics and Marketing Management
- Minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience in Key Account Management
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
- Fully conversant in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willing to work outside of normal operating hours
- Willing to work away from your home depot when required
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively and efficiently
- Strong self-discipline
- Meet strict deadlines with a high level of precision
