Job Description
FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER (LODGES)
SERENGETI, KARATU,MANYARA Region, TANZANIA
START: January 2026 (2-year contract with annual leave)
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS
- Monday – Sunday
- Flexible / hours based on operations & season
- Annual Leave & Time off in accordance with TZ law
REPORT TO: Lodge General Manager / Department head
SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS
- USD 1,200 – 1,500 per month
- Company Accommodation provided
- Meals provided
- Visa & Flights covered by the Employer
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Passport valid for traveling
- Tertiary qualification preferred (post-high school) – Engineering or similar
- Computer literate – basic admin required
- Clear criminal record & sober habits
- Prior Maintenance or Property Management experience (5-starLodge / Tented Camp / Safari)
EXPERIENCE:
-
- Minimum 3 years in 5? lodge/property maintenance
- Expertise in generators, vehicles, solar, plant & equipment
- Preventive maintenance planning & cost control
- Strong reporting discipline and attention to detail
