Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members and various stakeholders to design, develop, test and deliver software solutions.
Work as part of a small, agile team.
Find and implement solutions to problems.
Exhibits good technical and business judgement and thorough understanding of how customers use the product when dealing with product requirements, complex design issues, trade-offs, etc.
Mentor and be mentored by others.
Requirements:
Higher education (Bachelor`s degree) in computer science or related field.
Experience coding with an object-oriented programming language. We use primarily Java and Python but believe that software developers need to be flexible and able to upskill on new languages and tools quickly.
Willingness to learn, both old and new technologies and to solve problems.
An attitude to take on challenges.
Able to collaborate with a highly collaborative team.
Good oral and written communication skills are required, including ability to interface well with others.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are required.
Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
Should be self-motivated and capable of working independently
