Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a diverse team of back-office professionals, ensuring high levels of efficiency and accuracy in all operations.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the back office, including workflow management, process optimisation, and issue resolution.
- Process & Policy Development: Develop and implement standardised processes and policies that improve productivity, ensure compliance, and align with the company`s objectives.
- Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, providing training and career development opportunities for team members.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all back-office tasks are executed with precision and meet high standards of service.
- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor back-office performance through KPIs and prepare detailed reports for senior management, highlighting key areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team and other departments to ensure alignment and smooth cross-functional operations.
- Compliance: Ensure that all back-office functions adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Back Office Manager or similar leadership role within the BPO, FinTech, or financial services industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent understanding of back-office processes, workflow optimisation, and operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Ability to develop and enforce policies, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the FinTech or BPO sector.
