We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand & Marketing Manager with a passion for storytelling and a knack for driving impactful marketing campaigns. If you thrive on combining analytical insights with innovative ideas to build strong, memorable brands, wed love to hear from you.
What will you do?
As Brand & Marketing Manager, you will:
- Lead and champion both visitor-facing and industry-facing brand initiatives.
- Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights to shape ambitious marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute cohesive plans and go-to-market strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive creative development to inspire action and engagement from target audiences.
- Set and monitor performance metrics, including ROI and KPIs for marketing campaigns.
- Stay ahead of market trends, conduct research on visitor markets, and monitor competitor activity.
- Innovate and implement strategies for brand growth and stakeholder alignment.
- Regularly measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns.
What do you need?
- 68 years of experience in Brand or Marketing Management.
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
- Strong analytical and creative skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in identifying target audiences and creating impactful campaigns.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices.
- A results-driven, collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering excellence.
