Hire Resolve is seeking a Business Developer / Sales Manager on behalf of our client, a leading life insurance company specializing in funeral insurance products. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a strong background in funeral insurance, client relationship management, and business development. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company`s market presence, particularly within funeral parlors and employee association groups. Responsibilities

• Develop & Expand Business: Identify and establish relationships with funeral parlors, employee associations (e.g., farm workers associations), and other potential clients.
• Sales & Client Engagement: Present and sell funeral insurance products tailored to clients needs.
• Underwriting Collaboration: Work closely with underwriting managers to structure appropriate funeral insurance solutions.
• Market Research & Strategy: Analyze industry trends and customer needs to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities.
• Customer Satisfaction: Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, problem resolution, and customer retention.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to risk management and regulatory standards.

• Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years in funeral insurance sales, business development, or marketing.
• Client Relationships: Proven track record in selling funeral insurance products to funeral parlors and related businesses.
• Underwriting Knowledge: Experience working with underwriting managers.
• Regulatory Compliance: RE5 certification required.
• Market Awareness: Strong understanding of employee association groups and their funeral insurance needs.
• Sales & Negotiation: Excellent ability to close deals and build lasting client relationships.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and relevant business software.
• Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings and business expansion
