Job Summary
Hire Resolves client is seeking a talented and experienced CAD Manager to join their team in Cape Town
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of CAD operations within the company
- Develop and maintain CAD standards and guidelines
- Coordinate with project managers and design teams to ensure efficient use of CAD resources
- Provide technical support and training to CAD operators and designers
- Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and consistency of CAD drawings
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and best practices
- Collaborate with IT department to address CAD software and hardware issues
- Manage CAD software licenses and upgrades
Requirements
- Bachelor`s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other CAD software
- Strong knowledge of CAD standards and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
