About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dialer Administrator to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our campaign management team, you will be responsible for managing night shift campaigns, utilizing your expertise in Excel and reporting to drive business growth. With at least 3 years of experience managing a dialer, you have developed strong operational skills, including the ability to work independently during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage night shift campaigns
- Utilize IT/Dialer experience to optimize campaign performance
- Perform daily dialing operations and ensure data quality
- Generate reports and provide insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing a dialer
- Experience in outbound call center sales
