FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER (LODGES) SERENGETI, KARATU,MANYARA Region, TANZANIA START: January 2026 (2-year contract with annual leave) TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS Monday – Sunday Flexible / hours based on operations & season Annual Leave & Time off in accordance with TZ law REPORT TO: Lodge General Manager / Department head SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS USD 1,200 – 1,500 per month Company Accommodation provided Meals provided Visa & Flights covered by the Employer MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Passport valid for traveling Tertiary qualification preferred (post-high school) – Engineering or similar Computer literate – basic admin required Clear criminal record & sober habits Prior Maintenance or Property Management experience (5-starLodge / Tented Camp / Safari) EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years in 5 ? lodge/property maintenance Expertise in generators, vehicles, solar, plant & equipment Preventive maintenance planning & cost control Strong reporting discipline and attention to detail
