Administrative Data Capturer SSEG Applications Brackenfell | 6-month contract with possible permanent opportunity R15,000 p/m (negotiable) About Our Client Our client is a specialist renewable energy solutions provider committed to delivering sustainable power alternatives to homes and businesses. Based in Brackenfell, the company is known for its hands-on, client-focused approach and technical expertise in solar and energy solutions. They pride themselves on creating energy independence for their clients while staying aligned with evolving industry regulations. The Role: Administrative Data Capturer This role is focused on managing, capturing, and processing applications for Eskom and municipalities, ensuring compliance with SSEG (Small-Scale Embedded Generation) requirements. The position plays a critical role in liaising between clients, engineers, and electricians to ensure all documentation and applications are accurate and complete. Key Responsibilities Capture and process Eskom and municipal SSEG applications. Assist customers in completing forms and ensure proper documentation. Liaise with engineers, electricians, and clients to verify application data. Follow up daily with Eskom on application progress. Stay updated on changing SSEG laws and processes. Maintain accurate and neat records of all applications. About You Minimum 2 years administrative experience, ideally in a technical or compliance-driven field. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, neat, and detail-oriented. Self-motivated with problem-solving ability. Own phone and reliable for office-based work in Brackenfell.
